Customer Service Management System (CSMS)
When JD Edwards announced their intention to build the OneWorld Customer Service Management System (CSMS) application, we immediately sent our developers to Denver to work on it. Within months of its general release, we had completed our first implementation – which took just six weeks to finish.
The module has continued to develop and is now called the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution in the latest EnterpriseOne 8.11 software release. This comprehensive CRM package provides a solution that includes all of the business processes and associated systems that touch a customer, including billing and delivery.
To successfully install the CSMS or CRM systems, one must not only understand business requirements, but have extensive knowledge of the other integrated EnterpriseOne modules such as Human Resources and Payroll, Inventory, Service/Contract Billing, and Financials.
