Russ Stenquist

Russ started using JDEdwards in 1985 as the Director of Management Information Services at Cadillac Fairview, a North American Real Estate Developer with operations in Los Angeles. Through a successful implementation and efficient operation, this company became a regular site visit for both JD Edwards and IBM.

Russ has worked in the consulting industry for over twenty five years starting at what is now Accenture (Andersen Consulting). In addition to Cadillac Fairview, Russ was in charge of software development for American Medical International's "Group Health Services" operation. Just prior to starting The MASYC Group, Inc., he served as Chief Technical Officer for the software company "C.A.I.R. Systems".

Russ holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the University of Puget Sound and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Southern California.

Joni Stenquist

Joni has been installing and supporting JDEdwards clients exclusively since 1992. Joni specializes in the Financials applications including General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Job Cost and Subcontract Management, Real Estate Management, HomeBuilder, and Contract Billing.

She has been the Manager in charge of MIS and accounting activities at a mid level accounting firm where she oversaw outsourced accounting services for numerous clients. Joni was a consultant with what is now Accenture and also worked with the Andersen Audit division to earn her CPA.

Joni holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Iowa and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from The University of Southern California.

David Lambert

David has over twenty-five years of experience in the homebuilding industry and has been with MASYC for over eight years. At MASYC he has worked with Real Estate, Construction, and Land Development Companies. David was one of the designers when MASYC developed the EnterpriseOne HomeBuilder Solution for JDEdwards. David led the system implementation efforts at two divisions of D.R. Horton and led the EnterpriseOne development efforts to design and program several major enhancements at D.R. Horton. David was the project manager for the implementation of the EnterpriseOne Solution for Homebuilder Management application at The Olson Company, which followed his efforts to test the software at Olson as one of four beta sites.

Prior to joining The MASYC Group,Inc., David worked as an industry specialist for BuildNet as part of the Premier development team for an EnterpriseOne developed homebuilder product. Before the Premier team, David was in charge of future product development for production scheduling and customer warranty applications and was a development advisor for True Sell, BuildNet’s sales office product.

David holds a Bachelors degree in mathematics with additional coursework in database design, expert systems, and object-oriented design.
